Job Summary
This role is to leads a team of Partner Sales Managers to drive sales performance, ensuring compliance with corporate values and policies. The focus is on expanding the Corporate and SME market through Enterprise Business Partner channels, meeting sales targets, and growing partnerships in assigned territory. The goal is to increase the corporate subscriber base by promoting the company's products and services to both existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- As Sales Lead to ensure delivery on the sales target set by management; includes monthly target, EB partner recruitment, sales campaign etc
- To have minimum 5-8 partner visits per week either joint call with Partner Sales Manager. Ensure sales activities are executed as planned, with partner sales productivity tracked and achieved. This includes sales pipeline review, selling skill, identifying challenges and gap to improve.
- Provide timely updates to superiors such as sales progress and activities status, besides to submit weekly sales forecasts and reports on time.
- Always updated with industry trends and competitor movements.
- To recruit and train new EB partners in assigned territory.
- To ensure good knowledge of product and sales process, particularly compliance policy is clearly delivered & communicated to EB partners and are adhered to business policy and code of conduct
- To craft out Monthly or Quarterly sales action plan with potential SME markets segment identification for sales acquisition and initiate business penetration program.
- A people manager to build team spirit especially in achieving team target, ensuring company policy and compliance rule is adhere by team member ie Partner Sales Manager besides ensuring business skillset is developed / coached for the job
- To assist sales administration task or projects as directed from superior.
About You:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or commercial related subject
- Min 8-10 years working experience with exposure in Telecommunications industry preferably in Enterprise Business (EB), dealer/trade agent channels, or SME account management.
- Proven leadership abilities with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing teams, driving results, and mitigating business risks.
- A Do-er, strategic thinker, with Can- do attitude, and a proactive approach is required.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in sales presentations.
- Collaborative team player who aligns with the overall business objectives and drives team success.
