Job Overview:

The Activation Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing brand activations, events, and campaigns for leading international and local brands. This role involves overseeing day-to-day project operations, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. The Activation Manager will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver impactful and results-driven activations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Activation Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of activations, events, and brand campaigns.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure all elements align with project goals.
  • Conduct site visits, manage logistics, and troubleshoot on-ground issues during activations.
  • Ensure all activations align with the brand’s vision, objectives, and KPIs.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned projects, providing updates and reports to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Present activation plans, progress reports, and post-campaign analysis to stakeholders.

Team Coordination & Leadership:

  • Work closely with the internal creative, production, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Supervise brand ambassadors, promoters, and event staff during activations.
  • Train and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track and measure activation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare post-event reports, case studies, and analysis on ROI and engagement metrics.
  • Continuously explore innovative activation strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in event management, brand activations, or marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale activations, brand experiences, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willing to travel and work on-site during activations when required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of BTL marketing, exhibitions, sales & marketing solutions, CRM, and brand ownership projects.
  • Experience working with international and local brands in various industries.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate activation performance and suggest improvements.
