Deputy Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Deputy Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination across teams, on-time delivery of milestones, and compliance with quality standards and budgetary constraints. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare status reports for stakeholders. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of tasks. • Identify potential risks or issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies. • Attend meetings with stakeholders and contribute to project planning and decision-making processes. • Support budget tracking and resource management. • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Step in for the Project Manager when needed, managing meetings, communications, or specific tasks.
