Technical Talent Acquisition
Our Client is a global-sized MNC within IT Services & Technology, headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They are seeking a dynamic and effective In-House IT Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team in Kuala Lumpur. As part of a global organization, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent to support their operations across various regions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a seamless recruitment experience and help build high-performing tech teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals for technical positions.
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles – from screening to interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with external headhunters and recruitment agencies to support hard-to-fill or high-priority roles, ensuring alignment with internal standards and processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong fluency in technical terminology, frameworks, and platforms, including but not limited to Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, C#, SQL, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, and data-related tech stacks.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house); experience hiring for global teams is an advantage.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for various technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search).
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
