Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing financial advice, and offering tailored banking solutions to meet clients' needs. The role includes managing client portfolios, conducting regular reviews, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling bank products. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will ensure excellent customer service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Financial Advice and Portfolio Management experience
- Understanding of Banking Products and Services
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus
