Job Title: Procurement / Senior Exec/ Assistant Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components for R&D projects. s.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Assist in the assessment and selection of vendors, ensuring they meet quality and reliability standards.
  • Monitor procurement metrics and prepare regular reports for the HQ, highlighting performance and improvement areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement, implementing innovative solutions to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
