About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture, enjoys organizing and planning, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of modern HR practices. You’ll work closely with the HR/Admin lead or founder to help with recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding processes, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates. Onboarding Assistance: Help with onboarding new hires, preparing welcome materials, and ensuring a smooth entry experience. HR Admin Tasks: Maintain employee records, track attendance, and update HR databases. Employee Engagement: Support in organizing team activities, celebrations, and internal communication. HR Projects: Assist in initiatives like employee surveys, policy reviews, or training coordination. Requirements 1. Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Good organizational and time management abilities 4.
