Job Title : Assistant Head of Operation Salary Range：Basic RM6000 - RM12000 (dp on experience) Benefits : 13th month Salary. Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals. Ensure smooth execution of projects and daily operations to maximize efficiency. Establish short-term and long-term objectives and goals for the operations team. Analyze market trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements to ensure operations are adaptable 2. Team Management and Development Lead and manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Establish a clear organizational structure with defined roles and responsibilities. Foster a positive work environment and encourage employee engagement and development. Implement processes to monitor team productivity and address performance issues. 3. Process Optimization and Efficiency Evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee quality control measures to ensure products and services meet company standards. Implement cost-control strategies to reduce operational expenses without compromising quality. 4. Financial Management and Budgeting Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Monitor expenses and make recommendations for financial improvements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and financial health 5. Project Management Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth project delivery. Address operational challenges and find effective solutions to project-related issues. 6. Supply Chain and Vendor Management Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders. Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and maintain supply chain efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. 7. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate operational risks. Regularly review safety protocols and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards 8. Job Requirements: Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration,operations management,or a related field.
