Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing, executing and communicating ESG and climate risk related policies/strategies that is in line with the Bank's sustainability roadmap.
  • Integrate ESG and climate risk related considerations into business and credit decision-making processes.
  • Innovate new ESG retail financing products to grow the Bank’s sustainable financing portfolio.
  • Facilitate customers' switch to low carbon and sustainable practices by developing and applying effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and drive sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of sustainability and/or sustainable finance preferably in banking sector.
  • Good knowledge on sustainable financing as well as ESG and climate risk related principles, standards and regulations.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in process automation / system enhancement would be advantageous.
