Assistant Manager Learning Solutionist
Job Summary
- Needs Analysis & Consultation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify performance gaps, and propose scalable learning solutions.
- Understand the client's industry and business to be able to create and propose a training solution.
- Curate learning content based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
- Team Lead
- Leading the learning solutioning team and support solutionist
- Learning Design & Strategy:
- Develop learner-centric strategies using a blend of digital, instructor-led, and on-the-job training methods.
- E-Learning Development:
- Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline.
- User Experience & Accessibility:
- Apply best practices in UX, visual design, and accessibility to enhance learner engagement and inclusivity.
- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Evaluation & Improvement:
- Monitor learner engagement and performance, and continuously improve content based on feedback and data analytics.
Qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in training and development
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Administration, Marketing, Human Resources / Learning & Development

- Digital technology, learning technology exposure
- Recognized training certification
- Design and delivery of training
- eLearning specialization
