  • User Experience & Accessibility:

- Apply best practices in UX, visual design, and accessibility to enhance learner engagement and inclusivity.

  • Project Management:

- Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

  • Evaluation & Improvement:

- Monitor learner engagement and performance, and continuously improve content based on feedback and data analytics.

Qualification

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in training and development
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Bachelor Degree in Business/Administration, Marketing, Human Resources / Learning & Development
