The Associate – Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding will support the recruitment team by optimizing hiring processes, managing recruitment tools, scheduling, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. This role ensures operational efficiency in hiring while also strengthening the company’s brand to attract top talent.

Job Summary:
The Associate – Talent Acquisition Operations & Employer Branding will support the recruitment team by optimizing hiring processes, managing recruitment tools, scheduling, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. This role ensures operational efficiency in hiring while also strengthening the company’s brand to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Operations:
- Support the recruitment team by coordinating interview scheduling, job postings, and candidate communication.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.
- Generate reports on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve workflows.
- Assist in developing content for career pages, job descriptions, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage employer branding efforts on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and job boards to enhance the company’s reputation.
- Coordinate employee testimonials, recruitment videos, and culture stories to showcase workplace culture.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives, career fairs, and networking events to engage with potential candidates.
- Monitor and analyze candidate engagement data to improve employer branding strategies.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors (job boards, background check providers, etc.).
- Support vendor management for job advertisements, recruitment marketing tools, and branding agencies.
- Experience: 1-3 years in talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, or employer branding.
- Experience in content creation for social media and employer branding is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
