Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Development
  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with overall brand objectives.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics, captions) tailored for each platform – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Keep up with social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates to ensure content relevance and reach.
Social Media Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all company social media channels.
  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and storytelling.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Build a strong and active online community around the brand.
Advertising & Performance Analysis
  • Strategize, set up, and manage paid social media campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide regular reports with insights and suggestions.
  • Make data-driven decisions to refine content and campaign strategies.
Collaboration & Brand Representation
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all content.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand reach.
  • Be the face of the brand through creative storytelling, fun trends, and engaging campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in content creation and social media management (experience in F&B is a bonus).
  • Proficiency in content tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, or other social analytics tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in content and campaign execution.

  • Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills.
