- To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes/amend policyholder’s request
- To perform refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
- To update document received by create service in system
- To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
- To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard
- Involve in projects/ Campaigns
- Undergraduate – Intern
- Internship period is at least 4 months and above
