Inside Sales Team Lead (IT hardware project)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of our inside sales team. This role is crucial in leading the team to achieve sales targets, manage day-to-day operations, and develop strategies for expanding our IT hardware projects portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of IT hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the IT hardware project sector. Align team efforts with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee the generation of new leads and the qualification of potential clients. Ensure the team effectively manages inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle escalated issues, providing solutions to meet client needs.
- Monitor and report on team performance, including sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline progress. Prepare regular reports for upper management.
- Collaborate with project management, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of hardware projects and align on client requirements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and track team performance against goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies. Share insights with the team to ensure the team remains competitive and knowledgeable.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Sufficient years of experiences in inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or team management role, ideally within the IT hardware or technology industry.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal with experience to handle English speaking markets is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in inside sales, with experience in IT hardware or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
