- Location: Penang
- Team size: 6 direct reports
- Drive Regional Sales Excellence: Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring strategic execution of sales plans and achievement of targets across the East Coast region.
- Strategic Growth & Market Analysis: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, contribute to strategic sales planning, and provide critical insights on competitor activities and market trends.
- Optimize Sales Performance & ROI: Monitor sales performance, manage trade spend, and deliver measurable results maximizing return on investment.
- Cultivate Key Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with key account teams and strategically negotiate with Modern Trade and General Trade customers to drive business growth.
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG sales experience in the North.
- Modern Trade (MT), General Trade (GT), and distributor management experience is essential.
- Experience managing a team.
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen.
