Job Purpose This role involves promoting our products and services, providing expert guidance, and managing the entire sales cycle, including payment collection. This role require travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit aquaculture farms to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential customers. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1.Consultative Selling: - Engage with potential customers to understand their specific needs and challenges in aquaculture farming. - Provide tailored product recommendations and solutions that align with customer requirements. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales target 2. Solution Presentation: - Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions about our products. - Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our offerings to potential customers. - Lead negotiations, addressing customer concerns, objections, and pricing discussions. 3.Payment Collection: - Manage the end-to-end sales process and payment collection. - Ensure timely and accurate payment processing while maintaining positive customer relationships. 4. Market Insights: - Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Provide insights to the product development team for continuous improvement. 5. Customer Engagement / Support: - Provide post-sales support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and issues. - Build strong relationships to foster long-term customer loyalty and repeat business. 6.Product Knowledge: - Develop a deep understanding of our aquaculture products, services, and solutions ; - Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements relevant to aquaculture farming. 7. Collaboration: - Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and content. - Collaborate with technical experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information. Requirement • Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or advisory roles within the aquaculture industry. • Strong understanding of aquaculture industry practices and industry challenges. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships. • Analytical mindset to gather and interpret market data for strategic decision-making. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
