Requirements: - At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning) - Preferably within the FMCG Industry - Willing to travel within the count or abroad (10% of the time for travelling) - Systems preferred: SAP-RIP, Kinaxis, Coupa, DCIW, BOT Job Duties: - Establish supply requirements (RR) for import and local manufacturing SKUs - Review RR for DC for both short-term and long-term horizons - Analyze and evaluate supply plans and net despatch requirements from SU - Manage exceptions via DRP alerts on incoming despatch plans from SU - Ensure sustainable customer service levels for domestic by executing the weekly planning process on time - Verify job order completion by co-packers and communicate with the Supply Operation Coordinator (Promotion Administrator) - Determine stock policies for domestic finished goods using MEIO - Assist in periodic review of stock cover policies for domestic finished goods - Monitor days-on-hand against targets and identify improvement opportunities - Manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks (SLOB) by highlighting issues and prompting appropriate actions - Work with the Project Lead to complete planning information for the NPD GANTT chart - Coordinate with Export Manager / Local 3PM to ensure timely product launches - Monitor material workflows and ensure timely master data setup - Communicate plan transitions and clearance plans with the business - Review demand plan exceptions with the Demand Planning Team via D&SP / WORM meetings - Address production/material shortfalls and quality non-conformance with SU Planning Team / Local 3PM - Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve supply shortages and close gaps - Maintain governance of planning process flow to ensure team adherence - Act as MDM advisor when SP encounters master data issues before raising support tickets - Serve as the SAP & Kinaxis champion within the supply planning area - Regularly liaise with sourcing units to review supply plans against customer forecasts and orders - Attend regional category demand and supply reconciliation meetings, highlight capacity constraints, and provide contingency plans - Prepare loss-tree analysis for all non-supplied orders - Review KPIs with sourcing units at the end of each planning cycle - Monitor and lead offshore supply planning operations - Manage product transformation at DC - Coordinate master data creation with MDM (e.g., BOM, master recipes) - Convert planned orders into process orders for further execution - Communicate issued job orders to co-packers, warehouse operations, and the Supply Operation Coordinator
