Customer Service Admin [Fresh Graduates Welcome!] Location: Cyberjaya, Selangor Industry: Oil & Gas [SHELL] Duration: 12-Month Contract Working Days: 5 Days/Week Shift Rotation: Morning Shift: 7am - 4pm Afternoon Shift: 2pm - 11pm Night Shift: 10pm - 7am Salary: RM 3,000/month Shift Allowance: RM 500/month Key Responsibilities: Answering calls and represents a professional customer-focused image of Shell to the public and to resolve customer enquiries during the first contact with the customer (live resolution) To handle a range of first line customer enquiries via calls or emails within the agreed processes and ways of working and also being a primary contact point for the stakeholders. To take ownership for the end-to-end customer enquiry which may require engaging other partners across the supply chain Pro-actively keeping key customers informed throughout the contact management process on any amendments to the delivery. Manage all post-scheduling activities to the shift such as Left on board, plant/depot change, load quantity changes, compartment changes, trip sequence change, vehicle change, orders scheduled not delivered and communicate it with the relevant stake holders. Handle customer enquiries to change/amend orders, evaluate the real need and feasibility for scheduling changes, and liaise with scheduling team where appropriate. Requirements: Education: Minimum Professional Diploma Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint Soft Skills: Strong time management & organizational skills Excellent communication in English (both written & spoken) Team player with ability to work independently Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable Bonus: Experience working with higher-level management Location: Based at Shell HQ, Cyberjaya, Selangor Type: Contract – 1 Year Open to Fresh Graduates!
