  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a CNC MACHINE PROGRAMMER SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Develop advanced programs using CAM software • Use CAM to integrate probing and measurement cycles • Simplify overcomplicated CAD models before programming. • Calibrate CAM output to match machine kinematics. • Integrate probing cycles inside CAM output for smart part validation • Create parametric CAD models to drive automated CAM strategies • Coordinate post updates with CAM software vendors. • Model stock and fixtures in CAD for CAM simulation accuracy. • Standardize CAM programming across multiple departments/sites. • Validate CAM toolpaths with virtual NC simulation • Evaluate and trial new CAM software and post systems. • Create tool libraries with holder assemblies in CAM. • Maintain job folders with all supporting CAM, CAD, and setup documents. • Connect CAM software with automated tool presetters and tool databases. • Manually edit and optimize G-code for cycle time or quality. • Integrate machine-specific M-code sequences • Test new coated tools for high-temp alloys in multi-axis applications. • Customize canned cycles to suit job-specific needs. • Create subprograms for repeat features across multiple parts. • Utilize macros and variables for parametric programming. • Troubleshoot post-processed code against machine requirements. • Standardize tool naming and numbering conventions across programs. • Plan tool strategies for tight-tolerance or high-aspect-ratio features. • Work with vendors to trial new cutting tools or coatings. • Optimize toolpath based on tool deflection and runout analysis. • Guide selection and procurement of CAM software licenses and modules. • Determine best tooling for high-speed finishing of aerospace surfaces. • Apply dynamic milling, high-efficiency roughing, and rest machining strategies. • Create custom tool libraries and holder assemblies. • Develop multi-part and multi-setup programs for palletized jobs.
