Develop the annual budget, support cost-saving initiatives, and analyze ROI for capital projects. Manage cash flow through inventory, credit, disbursements, and deposits. Advise on rate strategies and participate in sales meetings

Guest Experience

Respond to guest requests promptly and ensure they’re satisfied. Support billing, payments, and solve any financial issues.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting practices, financial controls, and audits. Manage hotel contracts and participate in professional industry organizations Accountability
  • This is the main accounting role in a large hotel, overseeing tasks like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and other accounting function

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting, Finance
  • 4-8 years in hotel accounting or audit with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Knowledge of accounting management duties such as negotiating hotel space and tenant leases; processing payroll; performing asset management duties; providing business projections, displacement analysis, preparing government reports, filing tax returns, etc. as needed or requested. Professional accounting or finance designation or certification preferred.
  • Must speak local language(s).
  • Other languages preferred.
