You Will:
- Help manage the backlog of finance-related IT tickets, ensuring efficient tracking, resolution, and optimization of all issues.
- Collaborate with the IT department to facilitate the smooth progression of tickets and promptly address any technical challenges.
- Provide clear and comprehensive updates on finance-related IT issues to direct managers, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of financial systems, ensuring organizational goals and standards are met.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of financial systems to enhance efficiency and achieve our goals.
- Implement opportunities for continuous improvement in financial system processes and reporting tools, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative project support.
- Manage review assigned tasks to ensure, accurate, and complete delivery.
- Present complex financial data in a clear and understandable manner to both financial and non-financial partners
- Experience supporting projects, including providing requirements, reviewing solutions, testing, documentation, and training.
- Understanding of finance operations, with knowledge of core finance workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of professional experience.
