This role is critical in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and driving growth for our suite of Digital Trust services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital trust landscape, including cybersecurity, data privacy, identity management, and digital transformation, and will be skilled in building strategic partnerships with clients in both the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Digital Trust services (Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) for Certification and Training) through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, KPIs, and business development goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a focus on digital trust services such as cybersecurity, identity management, or compliance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the Digital Trust market, including cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AI in cybersecurity).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing and executing business development strategies, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams and effectively manage relationships.
