Lease Negotiation and Management: Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and conditions with prospective tenants. Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage lease documentation and maintain accurate records. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on retail trends, competitor activities, and rental rates. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for improving leasing performance and tenant mix. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for available retail spaces. Utilize online platforms, social media, and other channels to advertise leasing opportunities. Financial Management: Monitor and achieve leasing revenue targets. Prepare leasing budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost-effective operations. Track and report on leasing performance metrics, such as occupancy rates and rental income. Tenant Relations and Conflict Resolution: Address tenant concerns and resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner. Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction to foster long-term relationships. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all leasing activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies. Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance for senior management. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of leasing executives or agents, providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
