Job Scope • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes • Monitor and follow up on all incoming and outgoing documents, emails, and correspondences to ensure timely processing and response. • Maintain proper records and filing for easy reference and auditing purposes. • Coordinate with relevant departments to track the progress of tasks and ensure completion within deadlines. • Performing data entry and other general office duties as assigned by seniors Requirement & Skill • Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field • Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS Excel, in particular) • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), advance in Mandarin is an added advantage • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Good understanding and strong human relation skills Benefits • 5 days working • Medical benefit • Training provided (if necessary) • Near LRT (Pandan Jaya Station) • Friendly and helpful work environment • Full contribution to PERKESO and EPF SALARY: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00
