What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a hands-on specialist to design and implement remote HVAC control systems that connect seamlessly with our AI engine. You’ll be the bridge between on-site hardware and cloud-based intelligence — combining automation, system integration, security, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy secure, remote-access HVAC control systems
  • Integrate sensors and controllers using BACnet, Modbus, or similar protocols
  • Develop control logic that supports real-time energy optimization
  • Test and validate system performance, functionality, and stability
  • Document system configurations and provide technical support/training to the internal team
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and maintain system reliability post-deployment
Who We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, especially with industrial HVAC systems
  • Strong expertise in HVAC controls, automation, or building management systems (BMS)
  • Skilled in BACnet, Modbus, and PLC integration
  • Familiar with remote access systems, networking basics, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Able to design and fine-tune control logic and feedback loops
  • Independent and proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
