  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales with at least 3 years of professional-level experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to stand for long periods.
  2. May be required to work in outdoor settings.
  3. Working Conditions:
  • While most tasks will be performed indoors, some duties may require outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The Sales Executive may be required to work weekends, and holidays based on the resort's operational needs.
