Data-Driven & Analytical Thinking- Interpret advertising performance data and make improvements based on insights.
Global Marketing Perspective- Our target markets are outside of Malaysia, currently focused on East Asia, South American and MENA Region with plans to expand further. The candidate should be able to tailor strategies for different international markets.
Multi-Channel Promotion & Branding- Familiar with (or willing to explore) marketing through platforms like Telegram Channel, WhatsApp Channel, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Will support building the company’s brand and online visibility.
Creative Content & Communication Skills- Capable of creating eye-catching, engaging marketing content (text, visual, or short-form video, etc). Ability to independently ideate and produce content is a strong advantage for this role.
Experience with Digital Advertising Platforms- Must have hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc. Should understand basic advertising logic and strategy and possess the ability to analyze campaign data for optimization. Basic operational skills are required — no beginners.
Understanding of the Payment Gateway Industry- Should have a solid understanding of how payment gateway businesses work, including common scenarios and workflows. Must be able to adapt quickly and independently handle marketing tasks within this domain.
Language Communication- Mandarin and English is must. Additional languages are a plus but not required.
Strong Execution & Self-Motivation- A team player with strong collaboration skills, capable of independently driving project progress based on goals. Highly responsible, action-oriented, and able to solve problems proactively.
