Role Description

To support Key Account Managers in ensuring the effective execution, tracking, and evaluation of sales and trade activities across assigned accounts, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and monitoring of trade activities, promotions, and new product launches across key accounts (e.g., Watsons & Guardian).
  • Maintain and update sales performance trackers, including sales vs. forecast analysis and promotion calendars.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing (TMK) teams to align on pricing, promotions, merchandising, and activation strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including account performance, profitability, sell-in tracking, and promotional ROI analysis.
  • Manage return key-in processes and ensure timely submission of Customer Advisor (CA) reports.
  • Monitor and report merchandising standards, pricing compliance, and execution quality across stores.
  • Assist in contract administration, rebate tracking, returns handling, and sales forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide timely updates on account activities, POSM deployment, and promotion results to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Liaise with Logistics and Supply Chain (SCM) teams for APO forecasting, stock allocation, and returns control.
  • Support the evaluation and post-analysis of trade activities to derive actionable insights and improve performance.
  • Track trade terms and monitor AR overdue status in compliance with company credit policies.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in FMCG Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Computer literate with good communication and reporting.
  • Responsible, outgoing and creative.
  • Self driven, result oriented and a good team player
  • Posses own vehicle
