Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Supervise the Production line to learn up the machines Support the successful knowledge and technical transfer of new manufacturing platform Must well know to operate the production line as well as how to get the optimum to meet consistent quality Support cross-functional teams for problem solving task forces in order to identify root causes and develop measures to rectify, detect and prevent process Recommend improvements in work instructions, methods, processes, and SOPs to ensures that operators are kept updated of any changes Perform any ad-hoc task assign by Superior and/or Management as and when required. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechanical supervisor / technical college degree in mechanical/ an experience supervisor in machine maintenance Minimum 3 years of related hands-on experience, preferable from Food Manufacturing industry Possess bakery background or knowledge or passion for baking will be and added advantage Independent person and with passion to learn Multi-tasking and work efficiently and effectively to meet required timeline Well planning, coordinating, integrating and good interpersonal skills Able to work in Pulau Indah and/or Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam Willing to work on shift basis (night shift, whenever required)
