Participate in internal and external audit and mock recalls. Checking on production staff’s personal hygiene. Verify chiller and cold room temperature record, humidity temperature record, daily cleaning and sanitation record to ensure all running in good condition. To conduct finished product inspection (weight), scale calibration and adjustment when necessary. Conduct calibration for timer, thermometer, fryer (timer and temperature), etc on monthly/ yearly basis Conduct pest control inspection and chemical concentration verification for sanitizer Conduct GMP checking and establish report. Perform monthly swab test and product microbe test. Responsible to count the wheat flour bag strings. Collect, label and sorting retention sample. Responsible to conduct cake shelf-life test. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Food Science. Minimum 3 years of working experience in food industry or bakery line. Knowledge and understanding in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, internal auditor. Good communication skills and personality. Able to work as team and dynamic team players. Systematic and positive problem-solving approach. Fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good in follow-up and update to superior. Able to work on Saturday Ability to commute/relocate: Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
