JOB SCOPE Participate in internal and external audit and mock recalls. Check on staff’s personal hygiene. Verify chiller and cold room temperature record, humidity temperature record, daily cleaning and sanitation record. Conduct finished product inspection (weight). Conduct daily, monthly and after repair scale calibration and adjustment when necessary. Conduct calibration for timer, thermometer, fryer (timer and temperature), etc. (monthly/ yearly) Check chemical concentration verification for sanitizer. Arrange pest control inspection includes flies (daily and monthly). Conduct GMP checking and establish report. Cleaning and sanitation checking (weekly and monthly). Responsible for magnet checking, first aid kit checking, conduct glass, wood and hard plastic checking. Issuance of water filter, wypall X80, cleaning cloth, cleaning brush and net to production. Perform monthly swab test. To follow for monthly external pest service and chemical concentration checking. Manage monthly report analysis for chiller, cold room, hot water temperature, personal hygiene, etc. In charge to liaise with production for monthly product microbe test. Responsible to check oil TPM value Check the availability and use of U bar and standard sample for colour checking. Responsible to use sticker roller to roll on production staffs’ gowning (baking and frying). Responsible to count the wheat flour bag strings, collect, label and sorting retention sample, check hot water temperature and conduct cake shelf-life test. Random check staff ID for Swiss Roll packing and product expiry date. In control for raw materials (flavouring, colouring, emulco, etc.) expiry date and FIFO checking Responsible to liaise with maintenance dept for insect killer light bulb changing (every 6 months). Assist superior in any task given. QUALIFICATION At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food. Fresh graduate in food education or minimum 2 years of working experience in food industry or bakery line. Knowledge and understanding in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, internal auditor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills and personality. Able to work as team and dynamic team players. Systematic and positive problem-solving approach. Fast learner and willing to change. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good in follow-up and update to superior. Language proficiency (written and spoken) – English and Bahasa Malaysia.
