Barista

Location: Bukit Raja, Klang. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm Sturday 9am to 5pm Job Responsibilities: 1. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company standards. 2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas. 3. Take customer orders, process payments accurately, and provide excellent customer service at all times. 4. Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed. 5. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. 6. Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner and create a welcoming environment. 7. Support the team during busy hours and assist in other tasks as required (e.g., cleaning, cashiering, packing). 8. Uphold the brand image and contribute to a positive team culture. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum 18 years old. 2. Minimum SPM or equivalent. 3. At least 1 year of experience working as a barista. 4. Passionate about coffee and the café culture. 5. A fast learner with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. 6. Own transportation is required. 7. Friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 8. Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 9. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. 10. A strong team player with a positive mindset and willingness to grow.
