About The Role
As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.
This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area, which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
- Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
- Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates.
- Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
- Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
- Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Recruit for entry-level to senior-level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of your own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or agency setup.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
- Experience using creative sourcing techniques to identify talent in challenging markets.
- Familiarity with recruitment databases and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn, or Seek).
- Experience with ATS systems, such as Workday or Avature.
- Background in MNC with complex reporting structures is a plus.
