About The Role


As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for finding the most qualified and diverse candidates to join the company.

This job is a part of the Talent Acquisition functional area, which focuses on the sourcing, recruiting, screening, and interviewing of talent for all job levels within the company.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop, manage, and administer recruitment programs and advertising.
  • Source from a variety of social media platforms and networks to identify top talent.
  • Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates.
  • Assist with making recommendations for recruitment enhancements.
  • Educate managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
  • Track staffing processes and recruiting efforts to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit for entry-level to senior-level roles. Assist with the recruitment of high-level and executive-level roles.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of your own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

What You’ll Need


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in an in-house or agency setup.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using creative sourcing techniques to identify talent in challenging markets.
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn, or Seek).
  • Experience with ATS systems, such as Workday or Avature.
  • Background in MNC with complex reporting structures is a plus.
