    • Assist in preparing and updating daily/weekly production progress reports
    • Communicate production status, delays, or urgent updates to project/admin teams
    • Support factory supervisors in generating and organizing work orders, job sheets, and QC documents
    • Track material usage and delivery status in coordination with the purchasing/logistics team
    • Maintain proper filing system for drawings, revisions, checklists, and factory records
    • Help arrange internal meetings and follow up on action items related to factory operations
    • Assist in data entry into ERP or production tracking systems
    • Monitor office supplies for factory staff and coordinate replenishments
Requirements

    • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
    • 3 years of working experience in an admin/coordinator role, preferably in a factory or construction-related industry
    • Good organizational and communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Able to understand basic technical documents or willing to learn
    • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
    • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
