Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and updating daily/weekly production progress reports
- Communicate production status, delays, or urgent updates to project/admin teams
- Support factory supervisors in generating and organizing work orders, job sheets, and QC documents
- Track material usage and delivery status in coordination with the purchasing/logistics team
- Maintain proper filing system for drawings, revisions, checklists, and factory records
- Help arrange internal meetings and follow up on action items related to factory operations
- Assist in data entry into ERP or production tracking systems
- Monitor office supplies for factory staff and coordinate replenishments
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 3 years of working experience in an admin/coordinator role, preferably in a factory or construction-related industry
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to understand basic technical documents or willing to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
