Job Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives and grow the customer base. -Develop and lead domestic sales operations from the ground up, including managing daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and achieving individual KPIs. - Identify new business opportunities in sea freight, air freight, and land transportation. - Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing to clients. - Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery. - Conduct daily sales calls and telemarketing to grow the customer base, while nurturing existing business relationships. - Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions to build and maintain relationships. - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management - Perform other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Existing client network in freight forwarding is a strong advantage. - Strong knowledge of international trade, shipping terms (Incoterms), and logistics operations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, with Mandarin proficiency required for daily work-related communication.. - Strong teamwork, positive attitude, self-motivation, customer-focused approach, excellent phone etiquette, and able to work independently. - Possess own transport and willing to travel as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Experience: At least 3 years in relevant field.
