Human Resources Executive (Recruiter)- IMMEDIATE JOINERS

Responsibilities: 1. Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. 2. Process improvement and standardization initiatives for hiring and on-boarding. 3. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 4. Shortlist suitable candidates based on their qualifications, experiences. 5. Screening of applications & assign for interview. 6. Conduct the interview, select the suitable candidates. 7. Notify confirmation via email for the post selection. 8. 1st day join duty – conduct introduction / induction. 9. Conduct performance appraisal quarterly. 10. Conducts recruitment for Non-Executives position including Security Guards, Armed Guards, Bodyguards and Foreign Security Guards. 11. To prepare & check Local & Foreign workers recruitment documentation after selection. 12. Conduct HR induction meetings for new employees, in training employees on HR systems, policies and procedures, including the delivery of new hire benefits orientations. 13. New staff on-boarding programmed e.g. preparing staff access card, ID card, training, recording the attendance, preparing orientation forms and documents. 14. Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management/HOD from time to time. Requirements: 1. Degree in Human Resource (Recruitment) 2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource (Recruitment) 3. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcomed 4. Experienced in mass hiring of Non Executives candidate 5. Able to do outdoor recruitment 6. Working experience in Recruitment Agency will be an advantage 7. Required Skills : Microsoft office (Excel, Word), Communication Skills 8. Analytical and detailed oriented 9. Requires good interpersonal and communication skills 10. Able to work independently 11. Ability to work to deadlines 12. Maturity in thinking and ability to execute plans 13.
