Job Summary: Web developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our digital platforms to ensure seamless brand experiences for our fans and customers. He will collaborate closely with the design, product, marketing, and licensing teams to bring Monsta’s digital, e-commerce, and interactive content to life. Qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related fields. - 2–4 years of experience in front-end/back-end or full-stack web development. - Experience developing e-commerce or brand-based websites is a plus. - Familiarity with media, animation, or licensing-based product platforms is advantageous. Skills: - Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind). - Experience with front-end libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular). - Solid back-end knowledge (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). - Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, or custom-built). - Familiar with Git version control and deployment pipelines. - Knowledge of web performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility. - Strong eye for design, layout, and user interface aesthetics. - Ability to work independently and in teams, with strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites and web apps across Monsta lines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web interfaces. - Optimize web performance to ensure fast load times, high availability, and seamless user experiences. - Integrate APIs and third-party tools for e-commerce, analytics, CRM, and more. - Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, or user experience bottlenecks. - Ensure all web products meet accessibility, SEO, and mobile-first standards. - Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end and back-end development. - Support campaign activations and new digital initiatives in collaboration with the Products & Licensing team. Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
