Job Description • Daily operations management and supervision. • Responsible for training staff to adhere to SOPs and to provide good customer service. • Undertake the responsibility as POS Superuser and to train staff on the usage of it. • Ensure all sales and payment are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift. • Provide good customer service. • Solve operational issue/problems. • Ensure the outlet is always clean, neat and with good hygiene. • Check inventory and place orders with suppliers. • Provide daily reports as required by the Management. • Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.
