Job Description

To lead and oversee the successful delivery of the project restoration and redevelopment project, ensuring the standards in heritage conservation, luxury development, sustainability, and stakeholder coordination.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the project lead managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving project outcomes that meet client expectations in terms of quality, budget, timeline, and brand alignment.

  • Lead end-to-end project management from design development through to construction and handover.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project reporting and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with heritage and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee coordination of architects, engineers, heritage consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project cost, schedule, and risk, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
  • Ensure sustainability objectives and environmental impact goals are integrated and achieved.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, design workshops, and site inspections.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior leadership and client representatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in high-end hospitality, heritage buildings
  • Proven track record in managing luxury hotel projects or restoration of heritage sites
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of local authority and heritage preservation requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for heritage and design excellence
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
