We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate must be independent, hold accountability for HR and admin duties. A growth mindset and alignment with company goals are essential for success in this role.

Office locaiton: Eco City, KL

[Key HR Duties]

Talent Acquisition:

- Efficiently hire the right candidates that align with the company's goals within a reasonable timeframe.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and the hiring department.

Payroll Calculations:

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations and labour laws, and all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Tax) are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Conduct benchmark reports to stay competitive in the industry

- Develop innovative benefits that motivate and retain staff

Performance Management:

- Assist departmental heads in conducting performance evaluations and ensure that review processes are followed consistently.

Record Maintenance:

- Monitor attendance, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies. Administer leave requests.

- Maintain leave records, and ensure adherence to company policies and labour regulations.

[Key Admin Duties]

Logistics Coordination:

- Act as the liaison between the company and third-party logistics (3PL), overseeing all paperwork and documentation.

Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. This includes, but is not limited to, cost-effective office supply purchases, ensuring that equipment and facilities are well-functioning and maintained, and coordinating repairs as needed.

IT and Telecommunications Management:

- Act as a coordinator for the maintenance of IT systems, broadband connectivity, and phone systems

[Requirements]

- Education: Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field

- Experience: Mini. of 3 years in Human Resources, preferably within the beauty retail industry

- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Malaysian labour laws and regulations

- Payroll Expertise: Proven experience in managing payroll processes

- Languages: Proficient in English and/or Chinese (for communication with HQ in Hong Kong)

- Skills: Excellent organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs
