Job Requirements
- Diploma / Office Management /HRM or related fields
- At least 2 years of related experience for Admin function.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters.
- Good planning, analysis and organizational skills, resourceful and independent
- Has initiative and sense of ownership in getting things done.
- Meticulous, detail oriented and has the ability to both multi-task and work in.
- Good interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Pleasant personality and ability to work with different levels of staff in the Organization.
