Job Scope

  • Identify and create new business opportunities that align with AEON’s goals and market needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key merchants, partners, and clients to expand our reach and offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aimed at increasing the growth of AEON Insurance’s portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and tech to design and roll out innovative products and services.
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize strategies to achieve business growth and improve offerings.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred to cater to our diverse client base.
  • A creative thinker with a strong go-getter attitude ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for business-related activities, meetings, and events.
