Responsibilities include overseeing the Finance Function, HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and handling various aspects of human resources management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Experience in Finance & HR Management
  • Fulfil financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and provide info on financial trends, opportunities, and risks to support strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
  • Bachelors degree in Finance. Having Professional Accreditation is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
