Job Description

  • Customer service and relations is the primary contact for shoppers as soon as they step into the mall.
  • Handles all customers enquiries/complaints and passing them on to the appropriate department.
  • Knowledgeable of mall’s services, facilities, stores / locations, promotional activities.
  • Taking information from customers (eg. Filling up the log book for complaints, lost & found etc) and entering it in a database (where available)
  • Establish and maintain good relations with Retailers as well as entertain any complaints and passing them to the relevant departments.
  • Information dissemination to relevant departments on complaints and monitoring/follow-up of response/resolution of problems by departments.
  • Facilitating customers with special needs.
  • Assist Marketing & Leasing Department on promotions/events/launches/functions etc.
  • Assist Marketing & Leasing Department and monitor promotions/events set-up and dismantling.
  • Assist Marketing & Leasing Department on conducting interviews with shoppers  Assist Management to distribute circulars to tenants.
  • To carry out any Administration Works related to Marketing & Leasing Department assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • To carry out other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate should possess a Secondary School (Min SPM), Professional Certificates, or Diploma equivalent in any Field or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Preferably Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and during night or early morning set-up for promotion space vendors, event organisers and VMD work (as and when required).
  • Possess good problem solving skills and demonstrate positive and service oriented attitude.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and able to ensure customer satisfaction.
