Performance Marketing Manager
Overview
The company is seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and data‑driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the backend setup and execution of digital paid media campaigns. You will leverage your expertise on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Google, and programmatic channels to plan, implement, and optimize cross‑channel campaigns that hit aggressive KPIs. You will also mentor a small team, refine workflows, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Execution:
- Configure and launch new campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Ensure flawless implementation of CPAS, onsite solutions, product feeds, pixel events, and budget pacing.
Platform Expertise
- Leverage in‑platform tools on Shopee and Lazada to maximize ROAS and sales velocity.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, beta features, and best practices.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign KPIs daily; implement bid, budget, creative, and targeting optimizations.
- A/B test ad formats, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve metrics.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Produce bi‑weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports; surface key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build dashboard templates for real‑time visibility.
Media Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate on cross‑channel media plans that align with brand objectives and seasonality.
- Input on creative briefs, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
Process Improvement
- Document and refine standard operating procedures for campaign builds, QA checklists, and reporting cadences.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with brand teams, creative, merchandising, and analytics to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with external agencies or channel reps as needed.
Marketing Operations Support
- Assist with day‑to‑day marketing operations for partner brands and internal initiatives (e.g., email, CRM, promotions).
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- 5–7 years in performance marketing, media planning, or digital advertising—ideally within e‑commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) for agencies or brands in beauty, FMCG, or fashion.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, coaching team members and shaping strategy.
- Deep expertise in backend campaign setup on Shopee and Lazada, including CPAS and onsite solutions.
- Strong analytical prowess; comfort interpreting large datasets, making data‑driven decisions, and presenting strategic insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
