Role Overview:
As a Mandarin-English Dual Language Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a vital communication bridge between our company and our Mandarin-speaking clients, while also supporting English-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to both Mandarin and English-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Guide customers through our product offerings and services, providing relevant information in both languages.
  • Support the sales and service teams with bilingual communication, translating information as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and strive to exceed expectations with every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, particularly in a bilingual setting.
  • Ability to switch between Mandarin and English seamlessly to cater to different customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
