Job Description :
- Assist the Retail Executive Team in overseeing daily operations and team coordination
- Arrange schedules, meetings, and activities for the Retail Executive
- Support the team with logistics, including travel arrangements, equipment and materials
- Handle administrative task such as documentation, record-keeping and correspondence
- Maintain up-to-date records of team performance, schedules and operational reports
- Prepare and submit reports, presentations and other documents as required
- Track and monitor field force budgets and expenses in collaboration with the Field Force Budget and Expenses Executive
- Verity and reconcile expenses claims submitted by the CE Field Force Team
- Compile and prepare expense reports for submission to the Finance Department and RHQ
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of all financial transactions related to the field force
- Act as liaison between the Retail Executive Team Leader and other departments
- Provide administrative support to the Retail Executive team to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor compliance with company policies and processes within the team
Requirements :
- Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in product marketing/ branding would be an added advantage. Candidates from FMCG/IT/CE Industry are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to liaise professionally with internal teams and other departments.
- Strong in MS Application – Excel & PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
