Assist in managing all legal and compliance matters relating to property development, construction contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. The candidate must possess strong legal research and drafting skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and review legal documents including Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA), tenancy agreements, JVA, MOUs, and construction contracts (CIDB/PAM/Design & Build).
- Assist in liaising with external solicitors, local authorities, and government agencies on legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, approvals, and licensing processes under HDA, Strata Management Act, and other relevant laws.
- Handle corporate secretarial matters, resolutions, and ensure legal due diligence is performed when necessary.
- Provide legal input and support to project planning, land acquisition, and dispute resolution processes.
- Maintain and update legal documentation, contract databases, and legal records systematically.
- Assist in property-related litigation, arbitration, and claims, if applicable.
- Translate and communicate key legal matters in Mandarin to stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent legal writing, analysis, and research skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training and mentorship will be provided.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
