  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview

We are looking to recruit a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer (Fresh Grad Are Welcome To Apply) for your client who is a well-known automotive manufacturer in Johor Bahru. This role involves conceptualizing and developing both exterior and interior vehicle designs that align with client requirements and brand standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform design concepts into production-ready models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create visual renderings of vehicle exterior and interior designs based on customer specifications.
  • Liaise directly with clients to present, revise, and finalize design proposals.
  • Coordinate with vendors to select appropriate components such as lamps, livery, paint, and interior panels to bring the design to life.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Business Development, and Project Management teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate execution.
  • Produce and issue design drawings and visual presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality finished models and data files in alignment with project specifications and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Industrial Design or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in 2D and 3D design, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as 3DMax, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks is an added advantage.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design thinking and practical application.
  • Effective communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with clients from Mainland China).
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
  • Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
