  • Prepare daily accounting transaction (data entries in account system)
  • Handle full sets of accounts efficiently, accurately and on a timely manner
  • Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check and verifying supplier's invoices, issue payment voucher and other ad-hoc assigned by Superior.
  • To handle Account Receivables functions including issuance of official receipt and review aging and related reports.
  • To assist in Account Payables functions including checking of invoices to ensure timely payment and posting accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Contact clients to collect past due balances, update CC and account information.
  • General office administration works.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
